Return & Exchange Policy

At VibeMyStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange process under the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The product must be unused and unwashed
- The product must be in its original packaging
- All tags must be intact
- The product must not be damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, you may request an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.

Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following details:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product

Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original tags
- Products returned after the return window
