At VibeMyStyle, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

- The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
